March 24, 2022 - FN Controller Restart Meeting

@here is the TLDR for yesterday's meeting. Please let me know if there's anything else you picked up on that isn't captured here.

  1. We have line of sight on clearing blockers.

    1. Jeff/Benoit had an epiphany during the whiteboard session on what we need from Jabil for Software Zero and why

      1. AI: get video of that session to Jabil

        AI: book a meeting to discuss

  2. Decisions were made on Scoring blockers that will allow us to proceed while remaining firmware blockers are cleared

  3. We will have a total of 3 VictoRs, possibly 4th. We should expect no more.

    1. FN understands these will be shared resources across ALL projects

    2. Schedules to complete will be based on the velocity we can achieve with the VictoRs we have

    3. Validation of the tasks that will require all 4 VictoRs should be coordinated with Jeff. Jeff is routinely in Orlando and can bring his demo units with him for the testing.

  4. We should proceed with the CO draft.

    1. Revised schedule assuming a restart around the beginning of April

      1. AI: Verify that we can staff this date

    2. Reduce burn to single dev with the goal of completing by end of July

    3. We can account for additional hours in a price adjustment.

      1. AI: Have draft to FN by Wednesday 3/30

  5. Duck Hunt SoW

    1. Clarified assumptions and recognized some need to be stricken as they were hold-overs from the previous FN project language and not applicable.

    2. Emphasized the need to get this booked by end of month to secure resourcing

    3. FN stated that any resourcing conflicts that may arise from issuing this contract should not take priority over the FN military contracts. These existing contracts will have priority in completion.
